I offer 4 different teaching formats, tailored to your unique challenges and potentials
Individuals
1 weekly call à 60 minutes
The ideal option for those ready to commit to serious healing and expansion in consciousness. Individual sessions usually involve one-on-one coaching and sometimes inner work exercises before or after sessions. I always channel during sessions. My one-on-one sessions usually include investigating karmic loops, ancestral trauma, and past life karma/experiences that influence you. Individual sessions can be uniquely tailored to your needs.
Group sessions and workshops
1 session, 4 to 8 hrs
This package is perfect for groups, teams, and community events like women's circles. I usually prefer choosing one theme or a bunch of related themes to work through collectively. Depending on the format we decide to go with, workshops usually entail a combination of inner work activities (f.e. visualization, journaling exercises, collective archetype work) as well as discussions and talks.
Professionals, entrepreneurs, creators

This package is perfect for you if you're an aspiring professional, entrepreneur, or artist looking to create a better balance between profit and purpose. In this format, we will work through work- and money-related issues and identify your unique soul strengths and urges regarding your career calling. As all of my programs, professional coachings involve biographical work, inner work, and pinpointing the false and outdated self-narratives that keep you stuck in inauthentic coping and working patterns.
Couples
1 weekly call à 60 minutes
My couples' sessions revolve around all of the challenges you face as a unit. Together, we will look at your attachment styles, sexual styles, how you communicate, how you comfort each other and what tools you use to create connection and collaboration in your relationship. We will also identify what lessons your souls came together to learn - as well as the nature of your mutual and individual karma around love, sex, and romance. As in my individual sessions, we will do biographical work to identify the traumas, wounds, and false or outdated self-narratives you face around being and staying beloved, connected, and sexually fulfilled in lasting love relationships.
