Individual soul growth
1 weekly call à 60 minutes
The ideal option for those ready to commit to serious healing and expansion in consciousness. Individual sessions usually involve one-on-one coaching, past life regressions, and sometimes inner work before or after sessions. I always channel during sessions. My one-on-one sessions usually include investigating karmic loops, ancestral trauma, and past life karma/experiences that influence you. Individual sessions can be uniquely tailored to your needs.
Group sessions and workshops
1 session, 4 to 8 hrs
This package is perfect for groups, teams, and community events like women's circles. I usually prefer choosing one theme or a bunch of related themes to work through collectively. Depending on the format we decide to go with, workshops usually entail a combination of inner work activities (f.e. visualization, journaling exercises, collective archetype work) as well as discussions and talks.
Purpose for professionals

This package is perfect for you if you're an aspiring professional, entrepreneur, or artist looking to create a better balance between profit and purpose. In this format, we will work through work- and money-related issues and identify your unique soul strengths and urges regarding your career calling. Purpose Coachings also involve inner work, shadow work, ancestral healing, and working on self-limiting beliefs.
